JR BURGER

a burger bar in palencia that needed a name you could spot from across the street. new lettering, new colours, a new website.

Client: JR Burger
Role: Logo redesign, website
Category: Identity & web
Year: 2025
Listen · See: jrburger.es ↗

before, a thin geometric monogram that could have belonged to anyone. after, a j and an r swollen like a bun, leaning on each other, drawn with one thick outline.

three colours and nothing else: amber, cream and a deep burger brown. the lettering works in any pair of them, and the same mark sits inside a round palencia badge and a burger-shaped estd 2023 stamp.

the website speaks the same language. thick borders, hard shadows, uppercase buttons, the burger of the month as a wanted poster and the menu one tap away.
